					<description><![CDATA[<p>执笔的时候，最新 8月8日公布的中原城市领先指数CCL按周下跌1.19%，有报导形容CCL是较大的跌幅，所以有人担心楼价的升势终止，笔者不太同意有关担忧，因为再之前两周的楼价升幅约1%，而3月份时曾录得1.17%跌幅！反映有关升跌幅其实在近期是十分平常的，当然一期的指数并不能作准，图表分析应看连贯多期的趋势作合理参考。</p>
