User's Guideline and Terms of Service

1. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.


2. Before browsing or using the House730 website (www.house730.com), the PMS730 website (https://pms.house730.com), the House730 mobile application, and the PMS730 mobile application (collectively referred to as "House730"), users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must carefully read the "House730 User Guidelines and Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). If Users do not agree with any of the terms in these Terms, they should immediately cease using House730's services.


3. House730 serves as a comprehensive property information platform. When Users post property advertisements, provide information, or leave comments on House730, they must comply with these Guidelines, the "House730 Property Advertisement Terms," House730's rules, and Hong Kong laws, and shall assume full responsibility. Users acknowledge and agree that House730 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any information posted by Users (including the identity of property advertisers, hereinafter referred to as "Advertisers"), comments, and/or the content of property advertisements. House730 shall not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising from any errors, omissions, or misstatements (whether express or implied).


4. All content posted by Users in any area of House730 (including but not limited to property advertisements and comments) must comply with the permitted uses of House730. Users are strictly prohibited from posting or publishing any content without the prior consent of House730, including but not limited to advertisements, promotions, marketing materials, commercial activities, or requests for property information. If House730 detects any violations, it reserves the right to immediately block the User's account, suspend the display or remove the relevant content, and suspend their rights to post property advertisements and comments without prior notice or any obligation for compensation.


5. Users are strictly prohibited from posting any content on House730 that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of personal privacy, contains harmful or racial discrimination, or is otherwise morally objectionable. If House730 detects any property advertisements or comments containing such violations, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the display or remove the User's property advertisements and/or comments, as well as suspend their rights to post property advertisements and comments, without prior notice or any obligation for compensation.


6. Users are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly posting links or connections to other real estate information platforms or websites in any area of House730. If House730 detects such violations, it reserves the right to immediately block the User's account, suspend the display or remove the relevant content, and suspend their rights to post property advertisements and comments without prior notice or any obligation for compensation.


7. Users are strictly prohibited from interfering with the ranking and algorithms of property advertisements on House730, disrupting the normal operation of House730, or exploiting any system vulnerabilities for improper actions. If House730 detects such violations, it reserves the right to immediately block the User's account, suspend the display or remove the relevant content, and suspend their rights to post property advertisements and comments without prior notice or any obligation for compensation.


8. Users must obtain the necessary legal authorization for copyright or usage rights for any property information provided on House730 (including but not limited to text, photos, images, videos, advertisements, VR content, AI tools or programs, maps, logos, data or charts, external links, and other media or compilations). House730 reserves the right to conduct final reviews, including but not limited to modifying, rejecting, or deleting any content that does not comply with its standards. House730 shall not be liable for any copyright disputes, legal responsibilities, or compensation arising from content posted by users; all related responsibilities shall be borne solely by the user who posted the content.


9. All property advertisements, property information, comments, and opinions provided by Users on House730 are the intellectual property of House730 and are protected by relevant laws (including but not limited to the Copyright Ordinance). House730 has the right to use such content for promotional and other purposes. Without written permission from House730, Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, or using the content to create any derivative products or services. If a User requests the deletion of posted property advertisements or provided information, they must submit a request to House730. House730 reserves the final decision on the feasibility of deleting the requested content and retains the right to charge an administrative fee.


10. Subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations, any property advertisements, property information, comments, suggestions, opinions, or other content submitted by Users to House730 shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary information. Users agree to grant House730 a permanent, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, free, and royalty-free global license to use, process, copy, display, modify, transmit, and distribute such content. Additionally, Users agree that House730 may freely use all opinions, concepts, knowledge, or techniques submitted without further notice or compensation. Users also acknowledge that this authorization does not affect House730's ownership of its intellectual property.


11. If any provision or part of these rules is deemed unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that provision or part shall be considered severable from these rules, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected by such severance.


12. These rules shall prevail in Traditional Chinese. In the event of any disputes or ambiguities arising from or related to these rules, House730 reserves the final and absolute right to interpret and decide. The interpretation of all provisions shall be based on House730's decisions, and House730 is not obliged to provide any reasons for such interpretations and decisions. Users agree that House730's decisions on these matters are final and binding.


13. These rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR") and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.


14. House730 reserves the right to add, modify, or delete these rules at any time without prior notice. All revisions will take effect immediately upon publication. If Users continue to use House730 or its related services, they agree to be bound by the latest terms. Users are required to regularly review and pay attention to these rules and related policies and terms on House730, including but not limited to: "House730 User Rules and Service Terms", "House730 Property Advertisement Terms" ,"House730 Privacy Policy" and "House730 Disclaimer".
