Payment Scheme

180-day Cash Payment Plan (8% discount from Price)
1、5% of the Transaction Price being the Preliminary Deposit shall be paid upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The agreement for sale and purchase must be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days thereafter.
2、95% of the Transaction Price being the balance of the Transaction Price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 180 days after signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase, or within 14 days after the date of the notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the property to the Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.

1、5% of the Transaction Price being the Preliminary Deposit shall be paid upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The agreement for sale and purchase must be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days thereafter

3、90% of the Transaction Price being the balance of the Transaction Price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 360 days after signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase, or within 14 days after the date of the notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the property to the Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.

1、5% of the Transaction Price being the Preliminary Deposit shall be paid upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The agreement for sale and purchase must be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days thereafter
2、5% of the Transaction Price being part payment of Transaction Price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 180 days after signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase, or within 14 days after the date of the notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the property to the Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.
3、90% of the Transaction Price being the balance of the Transaction Price shall be paid within 14 days after the date of the notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the property to the Purchaser.
