					<description><![CDATA[<p>傳統上一般只限借款人享有與按息掛鈎的高存息往來戶口，近年便有銀行將mortgage-link計劃加以優化，以增加產品的競爭力，推出可掛鈎多達3人享有高存息往來戶口，借款人可選擇與其配偶，及/或按揭貸款的抵押人共同掛鈎高存息戶口，個別銀行更將此方面的彈性提高，除上述外，更可選擇與父母、子女或按揭擔保人共同掛鈎高存息戶口，戶口上限亦為3人。若多於1人掛鈎高存息戶口，有關存款金額上限便得平均分配，以存款額上限50%計，3人掛鈎的話，其中2人的上限為17%，餘下1人為16%；若以2人掛鈎戶口，有關存款上限則各25%。</p>
