					<description><![CDATA[<p>坊間指的納米樓沒有官方定義，一般指實用面積百多呎至約二百呎細小面積的物業單位，有指是不多於215平方呎的單位，這是根據差餉物業估價署對於最小單位面積的分類為20平方米以下(約215平方呎以下)之說法，亦有指是260平方呎以下之單位。納米樓曾經甚為流行，盛行期大約在2010年後之十年間，期間出現甚多個實用面積介乎150呎至190呎的納米新盤單位；其中一個位於屯門的樓盤單位較令人印象深刻，面積僅128呎，被稱作「龍床盤」。</p>
