					<description><![CDATA[<p>今年的樓市是「撤辣年」，實施長達超過13年，市場俗稱樓市「辣招」的住宅物業需求管理措施，終於於今年年初全面「撤辣」，撤辣令部分買家入市成本大大減低，令今年上半年新盤銷售明顯飊升，今年亦是「減息年」，自9月開始美國聯儲局已先後三度減息，香港銀行儘管沒有完全跟足美國的減幅，但本港整體減幅和速度算是非常進取，三個月內累計減幅已達0.625厘，減低市民供樓負擔，帶動整體一手新盤銷售再創近月新高，撒辣效應加上減息效應，總計今年新盤市場旺丁又旺財，全年新盤銷售可逼近1.6萬伙的水平，較去年全年約10700伙，按年增加約四成九，今年至今新盤總銷售總額更已達至1900億元，比對於去年全年的1113億元激增七成。</p>
