					<description><![CDATA[<p>現時本港H按為主流之按息約為1.5%，而H按普遍設有以P按為基準之封頂息率（現為2.5%），換句話說，即使拆息上升，最優惠利率(P)上升前按息仍會低於封頂息率即2.5%。美國已預期接着6月及7月份均有機會加息每次0.5厘，如是者屆時聯邦基金利率已達1.75%至2%；而年內餘下之議息會議，相信需視乎經濟數字及通脹走勢才落實加息幅度。年底美國聯邦基金利率很大機會達致兩厘幾水平，不排除下半年港P有機會上升，但估計本港按息即使上升年底仍較大機會低於3%水平。</p>
