					<description><![CDATA[<p>唐樓主要是早期舊香港於戰前及戰後因應當時需要而興建的樓宇，一般僅有三至四層或五至六層樓高，不設電梯。有些人鍾情唐樓單位，較常見原因是因為唐樓售價較低但實用率高，近年亦基於唐樓建築在一些電影及攝影作品呈現出具有特色的舊香港情懷，亦令一些用家鍾情唐樓打造獨特品味的家居；另外，亦有些投資者愛在唐樓市場尋寶，原因是不少唐樓坐落較方便的市區地段如油尖旺區，樓價較低而出租潛力高造就高租金回報，加上不少業主將單位分間劏房出租，亦令回報率更吸引。有些投資者亦會特別選擇一些有較大潛力及可能快將獲發展商收購作重建的唐樓單位，以便有機會獲得發展商提供高於市值的收購補償，從中賺得可觀回報。然而，唐樓並非屬於主流物業，銀行對於唐樓的按揭取態一般較保守，審批準則亦不盡相同，有意入市唐樓的買家應先瞭解有關事宜。</p>
