					<description><![CDATA[<p>年初三，人稱赤口，即是鬧交，一般都唔會去拜年，但幾個老友坐埋一齊吹下水，探討天下大事亦無不可，有老友最近有銀行大手筆買債仔物業，並且認為銀行有擔當，冒着樓市下跌風險買債仔物業，不過，亦有人不以為然，理論上銀行唔應該買債仔物業，而所務風險並不是樓價下跌，反而是樓價上升，債仔會認為銀行沒收他們的物業，迫他們賣樓，目的是吞併他們的資產，就算打官司都有機會贏，就算唔贏，都會令銀行信譽受到損失，所以，銀行家會將沒收了的債仔物業經合法程序賣俾第三者，能夠收回所欠款項即是賺了錢，這亦是銀行家正確做法。</p>
