					<description><![CDATA[<p>疫情雖然嚴峻，惟財政司司長陳茂波發表新一份預算案，公布放寬按揭保險上限，市場預期將有助釋放二手市場購買力，啟動龐大換樓鏈。隨著按揭保險上限放寬，由1,000萬至1920萬元物業，按揭成數都比過往加大，令一批有供款能力卻苦於首期不足的買家，較輕鬆入市，由於普遍逾千萬元物業屬三房或以上單位，料該類單位主要受惠。地產代理指出，以鰂魚涌藍籌屋苑太古城為例，目前九成盤源叫價低於1920萬元，料該批放盤全部受惠新按保措施。有個別業主更於財政預算案後調升叫價3%。</p>
