					<description><![CDATA[<p>上星期，有一本財經雜誌以「買樓畀佣金已過時」為題作專題報導，報導中指出在網上討論區有網民表示，以前樓價100-200萬，佣金1%即是1至2萬，而家樓價需要700-1000萬，要畀7萬至10萬佣金，覺得太貴不合理！報導又稱，樓主引用律師費比較，20年前律師費跟佣金差不多價錢，而家代理佣金高於律師費是「畸形現象」，樓主並認為當今地產市場比20年前透明化，買樓上的程序很多時都是買家親力親為，地產代理的角色及價值已減少，佣金收費已過時。</p>
