					<description><![CDATA[<p>上期回顾了自2010年后约十年之纳米楼供应高峰期。根据市场数字，目前不足二百尺的纳米楼单位不少於万多个，楼龄主要介乎几年至十多年，楼龄较新，银码较细，仍属不少初上车人士或买楼收租之选择。然而，购买纳米楼在申请按揭方面亦有需要注意地方，尽管大部份银行对按揭物业的面积尺数没有特定限制，但亦有个别银行对於纳米楼设有内部政策，以某个面积尺数作为分界线，例如对於不足215尺单位，有个别银行并不接纳按揭申请。</p>
