					<description><![CDATA[<p>现时本港H按为主流之按息约为1.5%，而H按普遍设有以P按为基准之封顶息率（现为2.5%），换句话说，即使拆息上升，最优惠利率(P)上升前按息仍会低於封顶息率即2.5%。美国已预期接着6月及7月份均有机会加息每次0.5厘，如是者届时联邦基金利率已达1.75%至2%；而年内余下之议息会议，相信需视乎经济数字及通胀走势才落实加息幅度。年底美国联邦基金利率很大机会达致两厘几水平，不排除下半年港P有机会上升，但估计本港按息即使上升年底仍较大机会低於3%水平。</p>
