					<description><![CDATA[<p>配合数码支付年代的高速发展，日前金管局联同银行公会、律师会及地产代理监管局公布将「置易付」（PAPT）电子化物业交易支付安排扩展至二手住宅物业买卖，若物业买卖双方选择使用「置易付」作为支付安排，买方的按揭贷款金额会由按揭银行以电子转账支付方式直接过数至卖方的按揭银行，用作支付楼价余款及直接清还卖方的按揭余额，并将余数直接转账至卖方银行户口；当中透过即时电子支付结算系统（CHATS）」直接过数，业主最快可即日取得款项，并可透过网上银行查询到账款项。这让支付流程更直接快捷外，亦无须如以往传统需经由买卖双方律师楼代收款项再转帐有关金额，避免过去曾出现个别律师楼营运或被冻结资金问题而令按揭放款交付甚至交易顿时受影响。</p>
