					<description><![CDATA[<p>配合數碼支付年代的高速發展，日前金管局聯同銀行公會、律師會及地產代理監管局公布將「置易付」（PAPT）電子化物業交易支付安排擴展至二手住宅物業買賣，若物業買賣雙方選擇使用「置易付」作為支付安排，買方的按揭貸款金額會由按揭銀行以電子轉賬支付方式直接過數至賣方的按揭銀行，用作支付樓價餘款及直接清還賣方的按揭餘額，並將餘數直接轉賬至賣方銀行戶口；當中透過即時電子支付結算系統（CHATS）」直接過數，業主最快可即日取得款項，並可透過網上銀行查詢到賬款項。這讓支付流程更直接快捷外，亦無須如以往傳統需經由買賣雙方律師樓代收款項再轉帳有關金額，避免過去曾出現個別律師樓營運或被凍結資金問題而令按揭放款交付甚至交易頓時受影響。</p>
