Payment Scheme

90-day Cash Payment Plan (4.5% discount from the Price)
1、The Purchaser shall pay the preliminary deposit equivalent to 5% of the transaction price upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The formal agreement for sale & purchase shall be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days after signing of the PASP.
2、95% of the transaction price being balance of the transaction price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 90 days after signing of the PASP or within 14 days of the date of the Vendor's written notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the Property to the Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.

Kai Tak Harbour First Home Buyer 120-day Cash Payment Plan (4.5% discount from the Price)
1、The Purchaser shall pay the preliminary deposit equivalent to 5% of the transaction price upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The formal agreement for sale & purchase shall be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days after signing of the PASP.
2、95% of the transaction price being balance of the transaction price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 120 days after signing of the PASP or within 14 days of the date of the Vendor's written notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the Property to the Purchaser, whichever is the earlier.
*Only applicable to the purchaser had previously submitted valid registration of intent in respect of MONACO, GRANDE MONACO or MONACO ONE. The relevant purchaser shall before signing of the relevant preliminary agreement for sale and purchase on the spot provide evidence to the Vendor's satisfaction provided that the Vendor shall have the final right to decide whether a purchaser is eligible to select this payment plan.

Stage Payment Plan (2.5% discount from the Price)
1、The Purchaser shall pay the preliminary deposit equivalent to 5% of the transaction price upon signing of the preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. The formal agreement for sale & purchase shall be signed by the Purchaser within 5 working days after signing of the PASP.
2、5% of the transaction price being further deposit shall be paid by the Purchaser within 60 days after signing of the PASP.
3、90% of the transaction price being balance of the transaction price shall be paid by the Purchaser within 14 days of the date of the Vendor's written notification to the Purchaser that the Vendor is in a position validly to assign the Property to the Purchaser.
